We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at solarphotoncamp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement at no extra charge.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return per the policy above.
